Jason Richardson
Jason Richardson is President and CEO of Cutting Edge Information. Mr. Richardson, who co-founded CEI, has specialized in pharmaceutical consulting and real-company based research since 1996. His clients have included the world's top pharmaceutical firms and companies in the telecommunications, financial services, media, automotive, technology, and government sectors, among others.
Mr. Richardson guides Cutting Edge Information's research group, developing company-specific solutions for pharmaceutical and cross-industry clients. Selected focus areas in pharmaceuticals include: marketing, sales force effectiveness, new product development, customer service, thought leaders, sales forecasting, co-promotion, flex-time field forces, and medical service liaisons.
Mr. Richardson has been interviewed and quoted by CNBC, Business Week, Pharmaceutical Executive, PharmaVoice, and MedAd News. He has delivered keynote addresses for IMS, eyeforpharma, and the Management Roundtable.
Mr. Richardson graduated from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
Adam Bianchi
Cutting Edge Information Chief Operating Officer and cofounder Adam Bianchi has worked with both pharmaceutical and general-industry clients.
Mr. Bianchi leads Cutting Edge Information marketing and sales divisions. He has a broad range of expertise helping clients with brand management, corporate security, pharmaceutical-biotechnology partnerships, data warehousing, e-business, customer relationship management, and pharmaceutical staffing and structure.
Mr. Bianchi's past consulting and technical work has focused on the use of technology to enrich the customer experience while enabling companies to better meet tactical and strategic goals. Prior to joining CEI, he worked in journalism, focusing on business, technology and global affairs; and technology management,where he completed several large multimedia projects that helped push the early cutting edge for Internet technologies.
Mr. Bianchi received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in journalism and history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Yanis Saradjian
As Director of Consulting, Mr. Saradjian directs strategy, planning and worldwide business development initiatives for CEI's business consulting practice.
Mr. Saradjian provides expert analysis of strategic planning and competitive positioning initiatives to top management of major pharmaceutical companies worldwide. He has led more than 100 projects consisting of development of customized solutions on operational metrics and effectiveness, benchmarking analytics and market research. Focus areas include medical affairs, clinical and commercial groups.
Mr. Saradjian received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada, has a Certification in Finance from the Ecole des HEC Montreal, Canada and executive education on Innovation from Babson College in Wellesley and Global Strategic Management from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.
Stephanie Swanson
Marketing Team Leader Stephanie Swanson joined the Cutting Edge Information team in May 2005. Ms. Swanson manages the Cutting Edge Information marketing team and focuses on aligning communication strategies with pharmaceutical business partners, products and clients. Ms. Swanson plays a key role in establishing relationships with corporate partners and media contacts. Areas of expertise include: overseeing marketing strategy, corporate brand building, media relations, e-marketing, web & print advertising, and lead generation.
Ms. Swanson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bradford College in Haverhill, MA and her Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communication & Technology from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
Jan Blanchette
Jan Blanchette began her career with CEI as an account manager in November 2002. In 2009, Jan became the company's first Service Team Leader, a role which oversees the customer service, accounting and database teams. Ms. Blanchette's role focuses on linking CEI with its client base and providing critical customer feedback to the Research team to evolve CEI's product line.
Jan recently received her HR certificate from Duke University and is continuing her education with emphasis on Human Resources and Business Management at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Eric Bolesh
Eric Bolesh is a Director of Research with Cutting Edge Information. In addition to leading the company's research division, he has conducted work on brand commercialization and launch, patient communications, business development and licensing, counter-generics strategies, and clinical development. He also spearheads CEI's exploration of the medical technology sector. As the author of CEI's reports on brand management and product launch, he serves as a lead consultant for customized research on marketing-related topics.
Mr. Bolesh and his work have appeared in a range of sources, including pharmaceutical publications such as Pharmaceutical Executive, MedAdNews and PharmaVoice as well as broader business media such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and National Public Radio's Marketplace.
Mr. Bolesh is a graduate of Harvard University.
Elio Evangelista
Elio Evangelista has studied medical affairs groups since joining Cutting Edge Information in 2002. He has built his expertise around fair-market value compensation for thought leaders, MSL program operations, continuing medical education support, publications processes and the effects of regulatory change on medical teams. As a Director of Research at Cutting Edge Information, he has helped CEI clients develop better performance measurement systems, implement strategic recommendations and create more efficient operations.
Mr. Evangelista regularly speaks on the topics of medical affairs, thought leader management, market research and competitive intelligence.
Mr. Evangelista's media appearances include BusinessWeek, Pharmaceutical Executive, PharmaVoice, Newsday and SCIP online. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
David Richardson
Research Team Leader David Richardson joined the Cutting Edge Information team in 2003. He has conducted pharmaceutical consulting and research work that includes studies focused on sales force management, sales training, clinical trials operations, brand commercialization, alliance management, competitive intelligence, compliance management and generics defense strategies. He has also conducted research on financial services topics such as market segmentation and recruiting, hiring and training.
Mr. Richardson has been interviewed by and contributed articles to numerous media outlets in his years with CEI. Additionally, Mr. Richardson has aided clients in the implementation of strategic objectives, helped clients increase productivity, and benchmarked client efforts against market leaders.
