Jason Richardson
Jason Richardson is President and CEO of Cutting Edge Information. Mr. Richardson,
who co-founded CEI, has specialized in pharmaceutical consulting and real-company
based research since 1996. His clients have included the world's top pharmaceutical
firms and companies in the telecommunications, financial services, media, automotive,
technology, and government sectors, among others.
Mr. Richardson guides Cutting Edge Information's research group,
developing company-specific solutions for pharmaceutical and cross-industry
clients. Selected focus areas in pharmaceuticals include: marketing, sales
force effectiveness, new product development, recruiting, customer service,
thought leaders, sales forecasting, co-promotion, flex-time field forces, and
medical service liaisons.

Adam Bianchi
Cutting Edge Information Chief Operating Officer and cofounder Adam Bianchi
has worked with both pharmaceutical and general-industry clients.
Mr. Bianchi leads Cutting Edge Information research reports division, which
develops research solutions aimed at solving problems for both pharmaceutical
executives and managers looking for cross-industry information. He has a broad
range of expertise helping clients with brand management, corporate security,
pharmaceutical-biotechnology partnerships, data warehousing, e-business, customer
relationship management, and pharmaceutical staffing and structure.
Mr. Bianchi's
past consulting and technical work has focused on the use of technology to
enrich the customer experience while enabling companies to better
meet tactical and strategic goals. Prior to joining CEI, he worked in journalism,
focusing on business, technology and global affairs; and technology management,
where he completed several large multimedia projects that helped push the
early cutting edge for Internet technologies.
Mr. Bianchi received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill.
Yanis Saradjian
Yanis Saradjian, director of consulting, has extensive experience conducting
consulting projects and building relationships across many industries. Mr.
Saradjian has led more than 100 consulting projects in the United States and
Canada.
At CEI, Mr. Saradjian leads efforts to develop customized business
intelligence solutions for life science executives. Focus areas include
pharmaceutical operations and effectiveness, metrics development, benchmarking,
medical science liaisons, key opinion leader management and
investigator-initiated study programs.
Mr. Saradjian received his Masters in Business Administration from the
University of Sherbrooke in Canada, has a Certification in Finance from the
Ecole des HEC Montreal, Canada and executive education from Babson College in
Wellesley, MA.
Eric Bolesh
Eric Bolesh is a research team leader with Cutting
Edge Information, where his
work primarily focuses on pharmaceutical commercialization and marketing. As the
author of CEI's reports on late-stage brand management and product launch, he also serves as
a
lead consultant for CEI's customized research on marketing-related topics.
Mr. Bolesh's expertise goes beyond commercialization to include
counter-generics strategies, business development and licensing, and long-term
brand management. He has also spearheaded CEI's exploration of the medical
technology and devices sector.
Mr. Bolesh and his work have appeared in a range of media, including leading
pharmaceutical publications such as Pharmaceutical Executive, MedAdNews and
PharmaVoice as well as general business media such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and National Public Radio's

Mr. Bolesh is an honors graduate of Harvard University.
Elio Evangelista
Research team leader Elio Evangelista's background includes a primary concentration
on brand and commercialization support activities, such as thought leader
management, market research and competitive intelligence. As author of several
major studies on critical decision-support functions, Mr. Evangelista presents
Cutting Edge Information's findings on these topics to companies within the
pharmaceutical industry.
Aside from leading research studies and consulting projects, Mr. Evangelista
regularly speaks on the topics of medical affairs, thought leader management,
market research and competitive intelligence.

David Richardson
A senior analyst, David Richardson joined the Cutting Edge Information team in 2003. A graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of
North Carolina, his prior experience includes work in the automotive and
financial services industries.
As a project leader, Mr. Richardson has developed pharmaceutical consulting
and research work that includes studies focused on sales force management, sales
training, clinical trials, alliance management, competitive intelligence,
cardiovascular product marketing, and generics defense. He has also
conducted research on financial services topics such as market segmentation and
recruiting, hiring and training.
Jan Blanchette
Account manager Jan Blanchette has worked on many different cross-functional
teams in the last several years. Her experience in sales, customer service
and product creation allows her to quickly work with clients to determine what
products best match their business challenges.
Ms. Blanchette's recent work in business intelligence delivery
includes research in marketing, sales, global product launches, human resources,
customer service, operations and strategic planning. This experience empowers
Jan with a clear customer focus in all business functions.
Russell Dula
Account manager Russell Dula is a 15-year veteran of sales and marketing
management with a focus on process improvement. His experience in the
publishing, media and records management industries shaped his ability to design
solutions geared to specific client needs. Russell utilizes his
sales and marketing management experience to aid our customers in meeting
their key goals.
Mr. Dula received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina

Marketing Team Leader Stephanie Swanson joined the Cutting Edge Information
team in May 2005. Ms. Swanson has an extensive background in business
communication, media relations, marketing, public relations and publishing.

communication strategies with pharmaceutical and cross-industry business
partners, products, media constituents and consumers. Ms. Swanson plays a key

Ms. Swanson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from
